Exterior work in Council Bluffs, IA
Straight across the river and squarely in the same storm path as Omaha. Older grid neighborhoods, heavy tree cover, and gutters that pay for it every autumn.

Council Bluffs is a short drive over the bridge and sits under the same weather Omaha does. When hail comes through the metro it does not stop at the Missouri, so a storm that has our phones ringing on the Nebraska side usually has damage waiting on this one too.
The older neighborhoods west and south of downtown are a tight grid of homes built long enough ago to be on their third or fourth roof, with narrow side yards, original soffit and fascia, and fences that have been mended more than replaced. The scale is human and the access is tight, which is a planning problem more than a difficulty.
Up in the hills and out on the east side the lots get bigger, the builds get newer, and the mature tree canopy that makes those streets worth living on also fills gutters every autumn and drops limbs on roofs every ice storm. Council Bluffs also sits on the Loess Hills, so a lot of these properties have real grade to them, and grade changes how a fence gets built and where water ends up going.
- Free storm inspections with a photo report on the Iowa side
- Seamless gutters sized for heavy leaf load under mature trees
- Fences stepped or racked to follow the grade in the hills
- Roofing, siding, gutters and fencing from one team
