Exterior work in Lincoln, NE
The full lineup, same crews and same warranty. Lincoln sits in the same hail belt as Omaha, so a lot of our Lincoln work starts with a storm inspection and a photo report.

Lincoln gets the full Paragon lineup: roofing, siding, gutters and fencing, with the same crews and the same workmanship warranty we offer in Omaha. The capital sits squarely in the same hail belt, so a lot of our Lincoln work starts with a storm inspection and ends with a new roof and gutters paid for by a claim we helped document.
The housing here runs older than people assume. The Near South and the streets around the university are full of houses with steep roofs, dormers, deep eaves and original wood trim, all of which take longer and need more flashing than a modern hip roof. Havelock and University Place are similar in age and character. Then you go south and north-west into the newer subdivisions and it flips: simple rooflines, builder-grade shingles that all went on the same year, and vinyl that has chalked on the sun-facing walls.
Rental density is the other Lincoln factor. A lot of the older stock near campus has been rented for years, which usually means deferred maintenance and repairs made with caulk instead of metal. When we inspect one of those, the roof itself is often the least of it. We photograph everything and tell you in writing what actually has to be done now and what can wait a season.
- Storm inspections and insurance claim help across Lincoln and Lancaster County
- Class 4 impact-rated shingle options for hail
- Dormers, deep eaves and original trim handled on the older stock near downtown
- Fences built to HOA covenants in the newer subdivisions
