Exterior work in Papillion, NE

Papillion is the Sarpy County seat and one of the easiest places in the metro for us to work. The older part of town near downtown is full of 1970s and 1980s ranches and split-levels, homes on their second or third roof by now, with aluminium gutters that have taken forty winters of ice and fascia that is ready to go with them.

Push out toward Shadow Lake and the newer developments and the picture changes completely: bigger houses, steeper and more complicated rooflines, and yards that back onto each other in neighborhoods with covenants. Those roofs are younger, but they are also the ones we most often end up upgrading to a Class 4 impact-rated shingle, because the owners have already sat through one hail claim and do not want a second.

The creek matters here too. Parts of Papillion sit low and take water hard in a heavy storm, which shows up as undersized downspouts dumping against a foundation and gutters that overflow at the corners every time. That is a sizing and pitch problem, not a cleaning problem, and it is worth fixing properly while the roof is off.
