Text Messaging Program

Horizon Exteriors, Inc., doing business as Paragon Exteriors, sends customer care text messages to people who ask for them. This page explains every way to opt in, what we send, and how to stop. Texts come from our business numbers (402) 526-1263 and (402) 901-4987.
1. What we send
Customer care messages only: links to book an estimate or request a quote, replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about your project. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies by project. Message and data rates may apply.
2. How to opt in
Website form. Our quote request form at paragonext.com/contact has an optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. The form submits whether or not it is checked, and we only text people who check it. The checkbox reads:
Yes, Paragon Exteriors may text me about my request, including replies to my questions, estimate details and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to request a quote or make a purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
Phone menu. Callers to (402) 526-1263 or (402) 901-4987 hear this menu before anything is sent:
"Thanks for calling Paragon Exteriors. To speak with our team, press 1. To get a text with a link to book your estimate online or request a quote, press 2. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
Pressing 2 is the caller's request for one text with those links, sent only to the number they are calling from. Callers who press 1 or hang up get no text.
Texting us first. If you send a text to (402) 526-1263, we reply to your message about your project. Replying STOP at any point ends all texts.

Paragon Exteriors: reminder that we're coming by tomorrow between 10 and 11am for your estimate. Reply here if you need to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out.
4. How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming the opt-out and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (402) 526-1263 or office@paragonext.com.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
